Ember Vault is an independent UK-based trading card retailer selling authentic, factory-sealed trading card game products. All products listed for sale are subject to availability.

Products & Orders

  • All products sold by Ember Vault are authentic and factory-sealed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its supported payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Ember Vault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Sealed products must be returned unopened and in original condition.
